Over the past four weeks, there has been significant interest and participation from the Aruban public in the series of informational sessions titled Real Estate in the Neighborhood.
These sessions, held in Paradera, Noord, Dakota, and San Nicolas, facilitated extensive information exchange, questions, and clarity on important topics like inheritance, buying, and selling property.
Attendance exceeded expectations, confirming the urgent need for information in this area. In response to popular demand, an additional session has been scheduled this week in Santa Cruz.
The Real Estate in the Neighborhood initiative is a joint effort between ID Realty Group Aruba and several notary offices, recognizing the major lack of knowledge regarding legal and practical real estate matters, especially in such a dynamic market phase.
The first season of sessions focused on inheritance and related changes in the civil code. By September, a second season is in preparation, concentrating on ROPV (Regulation on Vacation Rental Properties) and important regulations for those considering putting their property on the vacation rental market.
The public session in Santa Cruz will take place this Thursday, July 10, at MFA Santa Cruz from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, featuring participation from Notary Johnson and a representative of FCCA. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and gain valuable information to make informed decisions in the real estate world.
