ORANJESTAD, Aruba – Knowledge is power, but when shared, it becomes even more powerful! The Green Aruba Conference (GAVIII) invites professionals in the energy sector to join the free “Knowledge in Motion” workshop on November 15, from 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

This afternoon workshop aims to empower energy professionals by leveraging collective knowledge, enabling more effective, efficient, and impactful work within the industry.


🔍 What is “Knowledge in Motion”?

The “Knowledge in Motion” workshop is designed to bring together professionals who are passionate about the energy sector. The goal is to:

  • 💡 Raise awareness about various knowledge sources for a sustainable energy sector

  • 🌍 Identify shared challenges and opportunities for collaboration

  • ✅ Create an actionable plan to implement solutions in the energy sector

The interactive session will focus on practical, sustainable energy solutions and foster cooperation among professionals from across the industry.


🤝 Co-Organized by Leading Institutions

This workshop is facilitated by three knowledge-driven institutions:

  • The Center of Excellence (COE) for Sustainable Development of SIDS

  • CARILEC

  • Rocky Mountain Institute-Carbon War Room (RMI-CWR)

These organizations share a common goal: connecting energy professionals with the practical know-how needed to drive sustainable solutions.

The “Knowledge in Motion” workshop is open to all Green Aruba attendees as well as energy sector professionals on Aruba who are eager to share insights, collaborate on sustainable practices, and take actionable steps toward a greener future.
