ORANJESTAD (AAN) – An elderly resident was taken to the hospital Thursday afternoon after suffering a fall at a home on Simeon Antonio Street.
Emergency responders were dispatched after receiving reports that the individual had fallen and was feeling unwell. Upon arrival, paramedics requested assistance from the Aruba Fire Department to safely move the patient from the home.
Firefighters responded promptly and helped ambulance personnel transport the individual to the ambulance before the patient was taken to the hospital for further medical evaluation and treatment.
The incident highlights the coordinated response of Aruba’s emergency services in assisting residents during medical emergencies.
