EducationUSA Aruba study opportunities:
EducationUSA Aruba has been established in Aruba since the signing of an MOU between the Government of Aruba and the U.S. in 2021. EducationUSA provides all the necessary information for students in Aruba who wish to pursue higher education in the U.S.

In an interview with Matutino DIARIO, Silvienne Valdez-Krosendijk, Academic Advisor for EducationUSA for both the U.S. and Canada, highlighted the growing interest among Aruba’s youth to continue their studies in the U.S. She emphasized that even athletes are showing significant interest in studying in the U.S. and are receiving support to obtain athletic scholarships to pursue both their education and sports simultaneously.

Valdez-Krosendijk further mentioned that through the MOU with various universities in the U.S. and Canada, the costs of studying in these destinations are more affordable for Arubans. The study package, which includes tuition, housing, and meals, is similar to those in the Netherlands, where all costs are separate. However, she clarified that while the costs are not necessarily lower, the goal is to make them more accessible for young people to choose these destinations for their education.
