Belize’s U15 Boys Kick Off Regional Football Campaign Against Jamaica in Aruba

The U15 Belize Boys National Team (U15 BBNT) embarks on their journey in the 2025 Concacaf Boys’ Under-15 League B Championship today, facing Jamaica at 12:00 PM Belize time (2:00 PM in Aruba) in their opening Group D match. The high-stakes game takes place at Stadion CD Guillermo Trinidad in Oranjestad, Aruba.

This marks Belize’s debut in League B of the prestigious regional tournament, organized by Concacaf and featuring 39 nations divided into three leagues across Aruba, Costa Rica, and Curaçao.


⚽ The Road to Aruba

After an extensive nationwide selection process involving over 60 young athletes, the Football Federation of Belize (FFB) selected an 18-player roster. The team was officially presented on July 31 and departed for Aruba on August 1, brimming with determination and national pride.


🌍 Group D Overview

Belize competes in Group D alongside Jamaica, Curaçao, and host nation Aruba. Only the group winners will advance to the semifinals on August 8, with the championship final scheduled for August 9. All other teams will compete in placement matches from 5th to 16th position.

This championship is more than just competition for the U15 BBNT—it’s a stepping stone for Belizean youth football on the international stage.

League A (Costa Rica):

  • Group A: Mexico, Panama, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua

  • Group B: United States, Canada, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia (guest)

League B (Aruba):

  • Group C: Puerto Rico, Cuba, Guyana, Cayman Islands

  • Group D: Jamaica, Curaçao, Aruba, Belize

  • Group E: Bermuda, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, Antigua and Barbuda

  • Group F: Dominican Republic, Guatemala, British Virgin Islands, Saint Kitts and Nevis

League C (Curaçao):

  • Groups G–J featuring Martinique, Grenada, Bahamas, Suriname, and others

With their eyes set on the semifinals, Belize’s young footballers are ready to make their mark. Today’s clash with Jamaica is not just a game—it’s a statement of intent.
