The first Ban Bek Caya 2026 Oranjestad edition will take place this Friday, January 30, as excitement continues to grow among business owners along Caya Grandi.
Previous editions of Ban Bek Caya have shown strong positive results, with participating merchants offering attractive promotions that led to increased sales and lively foot traffic in downtown Oranjestad.
Ban Bek Caya is an initiative of the AVP–Futuro Cabinet aimed at revitalizing Caya Grandi and strengthening economic activity for local businesses in the city center. Each edition continues to grow, with its positive impact becoming more visible to merchants, visitors, and partners alike.
The upcoming Ban Bek Caya 2026 Oranjestad edition will also feature cultural elements linked to the Common Good collective. Visitors attending the Common Good Expo and Conference on the island are invited to take part in the event in downtown Oranjestad.
During previous editions, many residents and visitors took advantage of the extended shopping hours and festive atmosphere. Several shops prepared special setups, outdoor seating areas, and food options, creating a family-friendly and welcoming environment in the heart of the city.
The event will take place on Friday, January 30, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM along Caya Grandi.
