ORANJESTAD (AAN): The ATA Aruba Conservation Foundation MoU was officially signed during the Common Good Conference, reinforcing Aruba’s commitment to inclusive development, community cooperation, and environmental protection.

The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Prime Minister Mike Eman and Minister of Tourism Wendrick Cicilia. The agreement was signed by Natasha Silva on behalf of the Aruba Conservation Foundation and Ronella Croes representing the Aruba Tourism Authority, formally establishing the ATA Aruba Conservation Foundation MoU.

This agreement forms part of Aruba’s ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration within communities while ensuring that development takes place with respect for nature. The ATA Aruba Conservation Foundation MoU confirms a shared commitment to working together for the benefit of neighborhoods, tourism growth, and environmental sustainability.

With the signing of the ATA Aruba Conservation Foundation MoU, cooperation between the two key partners is now formalized, creating a strong framework to align tourism development with the protection and care of Aruba’s natural environment. This represents a concrete step toward ensuring that economic progress and environmental responsibility advance hand in hand.

The agreement underscores a shared vision of a prosperous Aruba—one where communities are strong, nature is protected, and development is guided by respect, cooperation, and the common good.
