AruREG Launches New Website and Registration Portal in Aruba

In Aruba, the Institute of Quality in Healthcare (KIG) proudly announced the launch of its new website and digital portal for registration, called AruREG.

As of February 2, 2026, the website www.kig.aw is officially active. It has been established as the central platform for KIG, offering information on healthcare quality in Aruba, including relevant norms, guidelines, laws, and regulations. In addition to information, the website allows for the digital submission of registration requests, available through the AruREG portal.

With the introduction of the AruREG portal, KIG has replaced the previous digital forms used for professional registration requests. This new portal guarantees a more efficient and transparent process. Applicants can manage their own files and track the status of their submissions directly.

Currently, the portal is exclusively available for registration requests from the five legally established professional groups: doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists, dentists, and midwives. As new laws and regulations come into effect for other professional groups, the AruREG portal will be gradually expanded.

The launch of www.kig.aw and the AruREG portal is just the beginning. KIG will continue to develop both the website and portal to strengthen the provision of information, services, and support for healthcare quality in Aruba, fulfilling its legal responsibilities.
