ORANJESTAD – The Aruba Tourism Authority recently had the privilege of honoring Mr. Robert and Mrs. Carolyn Campbell from Exton, Pennsylvania, USA, as Goodwill Ambassadors of Aruba. The couple was presented with a special certificate in recognition of their over 20 years of loyal visits to Aruba, reflecting their continued love and admiration for the island.

A Token of Appreciation

The Goodwill Ambassador certification is presented on behalf of the Minister of Tourism to guests who have visited Aruba 20 or more consecutive years. Mr. Jorgino Willems, representing the Aruba Tourism Authority, along with staff members from Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, presented the certificate and gifts to the honorees during a warm ceremony.

Top Reasons for Returning to Aruba

When asked about what keeps them returning to Aruba year after year, Mr. and Mrs. Campbell shared the following reasons for their loyalty to the island:

  • Aruba’s strong infrastructure – The ease of travel and great facilities make it a convenient destination.

  • Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort – “Divi is actually my home,” shared the Campbells, highlighting their deep connection to the resort.
