Police confirm the pedestrian’s death
The Traffic Police received confirmation of Rambalde’s death on Wednesday, October 14, according to the report published the following day. The death is a new development after earlier reports that the pedestrian was critically injured.
Collision occurred near Rey Hing
The collision was reported at approximately 7:41 p.m. on October 5 on the main road in Pos Chikito, near Rey Hing. Police said a van struck the pedestrian.
Emergency personnel treated Rambalde at the scene before taking him to hospital, where he was admitted to intensive care.
