Aruba Nations League promotion to League B has been confirmed after the national team completed its League C group campaign with three wins from four matches.
Three victories secure promotion
Aruba defeated Antigua and Barbuda 1–0 and recorded two wins over Anguilla, 2–0 and 3–2. Despite a 3–2 loss to Antigua and Barbuda in the final group match, the team obtained the result needed to advance, according to DIARIO.
Montserrat awaits in March semifinal
Aruba has also secured a place in the League C Championship scheduled for March 2027. The national team is set to face Montserrat in the semifinal.
Martinique play-in comes first
Before that championship, Aruba will meet Martinique in a two-match League A and C play-in in November, with one game at home and one away.
A win over Martinique would send Aruba to the Concacaf Gold Cup preliminaries in June 2027, where the team would have an opportunity to pursue its first Gold Cup qualification.
