Lilly Dirksz of Aruba Bank is retiring after a career of more than 20 years with the institution.
Career began in 2005
Dirksz joined Aruba Bank as a temporary employee in October 2005 and became a permanent staff member on March 6, 2006. Her work later included corporate banking, management of CARC, coordination of the MEGA back-office initiative and contributions to multiple projects.
Most recent role focused on payment strategy
Dirksz most recently served as Specialist in Payments Strategy & Solutions, supporting the bank’s work to modernize transactions. Aruba Bank thanked her for her service, while Dirksz said she plans to travel and spend more time with family and friends during retirement.
