Aruban singer Loutiza Raven is making her first performing appearances in the Netherlands on September 5 and 6.
First Netherlands performances
Raven told reporters in the Netherlands that she felt grateful, somewhat nervous and ready for the two dates. Although this is her first time performing in the Netherlands, she has appeared elsewhere in Latin America, including Uruguay.
Her father, Gilbert Raven, is attending the performances. The singer described him as a major inspiration and said his presence is especially meaningful.
More music projects planned
Raven performs across gospel and Latin music rather than limiting herself to one genre. She said music’s ability to bring different audiences together is important to her.
Her latest released song is titled “Candela.” She also said she plans to begin work on an album in Jamaica. Further details about the project are expected to be shared through her social-media channels.
