THE HAGUE (AAN) – Aruba Governor Alfonso Boekhoudt met with Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten during an official meeting in The Hague to discuss current developments in Aruba and matters of mutual interest within the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
According to a statement shared by Prime Minister Jetten, the meeting included discussions on a range of issues concerning Aruba’s current situation and the ongoing cooperation between Aruba and the Netherlands.
Jetten said he values the opportunity to meet regularly with Governor Boekhoudt, both in Aruba and in the Netherlands, emphasizing the importance of maintaining open communication on shared priorities.
The meeting highlighted the continued dialogue between Aruba and the Dutch government on economic, social, and institutional developments affecting the Kingdom, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to close cooperation and information sharing.
