SERO BIENTO – Police and ambulances were dispatched to Sero Biento on Saturday afternoon following a report of an accident with injuries. The collision took place in front of Home Best Supermarket and involved a Kia Picanto and a pick-up truck.
Upon investigation, authorities determined that the Kia Picanto, traveling from the south, turned the wrong way to proceed down the road. The driver failed to give way to the pick-up, which was traveling in the opposite direction. The Picanto struck the right side of the pick-up truck, causing the impact.
A child inside the pick-up complained of pain as a result of the collision. Ambulance staff attended to the victim at the scene.
