ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Fundacion ABO will participate for the first time in the Aruba Lions Club Health Fair taking place this Saturday in San Nicolas.
The free community health event will be held from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Colegio San Augustin MAVO on Pastoor Hendrikstraat.
According to Diantha Nuesch of Fundacion ABO, residents attending the health fair will have opportunities to register for several preventive screening programs, including breast, colon, and cervical health examinations.
Fundacion ABO stated that participating in the health fair allows the organization to connect more closely with the Aruba community while promoting preventive healthcare and public awareness.
The organization will also provide professional guidance and educational information regarding the importance of regular medical screenings and early detection.
Aruba Lions Club and its partner organizations continue encouraging residents, especially those living in San Nicolas, to attend the event and benefit from the free health services available.
Officials emphasized that prevention and public awareness remain essential in building a healthier community across Aruba.
