Minister drs. Melvin Wyatt-Ras, representing Prime Minister Mike Eman, attended the official celebration of the 223rd Haitian Flag Day on May 18. The event, organized by the Consulate General of Haiti in Aruba, was hosted at the National Library of Aruba. The ceremony brought together members of the Haitian community, the diplomatic corps, government representatives, and special guests for a morning dedicated to cultural heritage.
