Aruba and Curacao: Caribbean Economic Resilience

ORANJESTAD (AAN): Aruba and Curaçao have been recognized among the most economically resilient countries in the Caribbean, according to a new comparative study by Economisch Bureau Amsterdam (Amsterdam Economic Bureau). However, the report also highlights structural weaknesses that both islands continue to face.

In contrast, Sint Maarten was identified as one of the most vulnerable economies in the region.

The study provides a comprehensive analysis of the economic strengths and vulnerabilities of the Dutch Caribbean islands, offering valuable insights for policymakers working toward sustainable economic development.
