A Sasakiweg Double Down accident injury was reported on Tuesday afternoon, resulting in one person being taken to the hospital.
Emergency services, including police and an ambulance, were immediately dispatched to the intersection near Double Down heading toward Sasakiweg after reports of an accident involving injuries.
Upon arrival, officers determined that the collision occurred when the driver of a Kia Picanto failed to control speed and maintain a safe following distance, crashing into the rear of a Toyota Yaris.
Due to the impact, the female driver of the Toyota Yaris sustained injuries. Medical personnel treated her at the scene before transporting her to the hospital for further care.
