Aruba Airport CEO Jonny Andersen officially assumed his role as Chief Executive Officer of Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) on January 1, 2026, following his appointment by the Government of Aruba.

Jonny Andersen brings more than 20 years of international airport leadership experience, having held senior executive roles across Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean. He is widely recognized for his focus on operational excellence, financial discipline, sustainability, and strong stakeholder engagement.

As Aruba Airport CEO Jonny Andersen, he will guide the airport through its next strategic phase, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, high performance, and the continued rollout of the Gateway 2030 transformation program.

Andersen stated that he looks forward to working closely with the airport team and partners to strengthen Queen Beatrix International Airport’s role as a reliable gateway supporting Aruba’s connectivity, tourism sector, and long-term economic growth.
