A courtesy visit recently took place at the Government Offices by the Vice President of the Council of State, Mr. Thom de Graaf, who was accompanied by members of his delegation.
During the meeting, various viewpoints were exchanged on matters of shared interest in an atmosphere marked by mutual respect and cordiality. The discussions reflected a spirit of cooperation and appreciation for ongoing dialogue between institutions.
As part of the visit, the Vice President was presented with a representative gift from Aruba: a framed artwork symbolizing the island’s cultural identity and reflecting the open-door policy of the Government Offices toward the community.
Mr. de Graaf expressed his appreciation for the gesture and indicated that the artwork would be placed at the main entrance of the Government Offices as a lasting reminder of the visit.
