Royal Caribbean is preparing for one of its largest Caribbean expansions yet, unveiling its 2027–28 cruise program featuring a wide range of new routes, homeports, and private beach destinations. With 13 ships deployed across the region, the company is increasing options for travelers seeking more flexible island-hopping experiences.
Beginning in April 2027, Royal Caribbean ships will sail from eight major homeports: Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Port Canaveral, Tampa, New Orleans, San Juan, Cartagena, and Colón. The itineraries range from short three-night getaways to nine-night regional journeys across the Western, Eastern, and Southern Caribbean. High-demand stops include Perfect Day at CocoCay, the Royal Beach Clubs in Paradise Island and Cozumel, and the upcoming Port Samaná in the Dominican Republic.
One of the most anticipated openings—Perfect Day Mexico—is scheduled to debut in late 2027, with more details expected next year.
