The National Library of Aruba (Biblioteca Nacional Aruba) has announced the upcoming Children’s Book Festival 2025, a week filled with storytelling, reading, and imagination. From Monday, November 3 to Friday, November 7, the library team will visit more than 50 schools across the island, bringing joy and inspiration to young readers.
This year’s festival will feature several authors, storytellers, and illustrators from the Netherlands, including Wouter Goudswaard, Daniëlle Schothorst, Jeroen Hoogerwerf, and Evelien van Dort. They will visit schools to share stories, talk about books, and encourage children to develop a love for reading.
The festival will officially open on Sunday, November 2 at 3:00 PM in the Ballroom of Paseo Herencia, with a fun-filled show open to all children and families.
The National Library of Aruba expressed its gratitude to the sponsors who made this cultural and educational event possible.
