As part of its ongoing efforts to ensure a safe, reliable, and high-quality water supply, WEB Aruba NV is performing scheduled maintenance on its water tanks. The Sero Preto tank, with a capacity of 6,000 cubic meters, is currently undergoing maintenance. This tank plays a vital role in supplying water to the districts of San Nicolas, Sero Colorado, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Regular maintenance is essential to extend the tank’s lifespan, prevent structural failures, and most importantly, guarantee that the stored and distributed water remains suitable for human consumption.
The maintenance work includes an external technical inspection, structural repairs if needed, and application of protective materials to prevent corrosion.
Following the Sero Preto tank, maintenance is scheduled for the Mondi Fierno tank.
