Sali Berisha, the leader of the Democratic Party, appeared at a media conference today from the Blue House, where he made severe accusations against Prime Minister Edi Rama regarding an alleged meeting in Aruba, calling it “flagrant and dangerous for national security.”

Berisha stated that this meeting represents “the most blatant international evidence of Edi Rama’s cooperation and coordination with Albanian and international narco-terrorist groups,” which, according to him, have been declared terrorist organizations by the United States.

“The Aruba meeting is being followed in grave silence by Edi Rama and his drug ministers. He is trying to bury it into oblivion, but that will not happen,” Berisha told reporters.

He added that the opposition is “fully committed to transparency,” accusing Rama of making deals with drug cartels to turn Albania into a haven for criminal money.

Berisha claimed that after this alleged meeting, Rama returned to Albania with a luxury watch worth 400,000 euros, adorned with diamonds and sapphires.

He continued by comparing the role of Prime Minister Rama to that of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, stating that Rama has become “the first president of a narco-state in Europe.”

Excerpt from Berisha’s Speech:

“The Aruba meeting is being followed in grave silence by Edi Rama and his drug ministers.”

“But Aruba is the most blatant international evidence of Edi Rama’s cooperation and coordination with US-designated terrorist groups of Albanian and international narco-terrorists.”

“Edi Rama is doing everything he can to erase the Aruba meeting, but this will not happen.”

“I guarantee Albanians that the opposition is fully committed to transparency, as in this meeting, where the agreement between the narco-government and the narco-terrorists is meant to turn Albania into a haven for their criminal money.”

“From this meeting, it is said that Edi Rama returned with a 400,000-euro watch, decorated with diamonds and sapphires of the highest prices.”

“Edi Rama does not speak about the Aruba meeting because this meeting, like Venezuelan President Maduro, makes him the head of the continent’s first and only narco-state
