In the evening hours of February 13, 2026, a coordinated Power Outage Operation was carried out by the police in collaboration with SMAC in San Nicolas, starting at 8:01 PM. The operation, which involved a team of 110 personnel, included uniformed police officers, investigators, ME, the Flex Team, Mobile Commando, OCC, K9 Unit, Traffic, Motorcycle Unit, Planning, administrative staff, and CEA personnel.

The operation reached its final destination, Joe Laveist Sportspark, at 1:03 AM, and was concluded at 2:29 AM. During the operation, two arrests were made for offenses related to drunkenness and assaulting police officers.

In comparison to previous operations, the number of arrests was significantly lower; in 2025, there were eight arrests. The police expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the public during the operation.
