The Caribbean Netherlands Police Force (KPCN) has confirmed that 47-year-old American tourist Jessica Collins has been found safe on Bonaire, bringing an end to the search effort.
On Thursday, September 25, authorities verified that Collins was unharmed and in good condition. The Immigration Supervision Department of KPCN had briefly detained her for a routine check related to her undocumented stay on the island.
KPCN extended thanks to all partners and members of the public who supported the search, expressing appreciation for the cooperation that helped ensure Ms. Collins’ safety.
