Groove Master The Band of the Year was officially announced by Edwina Werleman, President of Stichting Musica.
In a proud statement, Werleman confirmed that Groove Masters has been selected as the Group of the Year 2026.
“Congratulations to Groove Masters on behalf of Stichting Musica. The jury concluded that Groove Masters, through their contributions to the Parades of Carnaval 72, stood out with their lively performances, impressive trailer, and outstanding presentation during Aruba Caiso and Soca Monarch 2026. Groove Masters is officially The Band of the Year!” she stated.
The recognition highlights the band’s strong presence throughout the Carnival season, their energetic performances, and their major impact on Aruba’s musical celebrations in 2026.
