Authorities in Bonaire are actively searching for 47-year-old Jessica Collins, a cruise passenger aboard the Carnival Horizon, who disembarked in Bonaire on September 17, 2025, and did not return to the ship before its departure.

The Carnival Horizon arrived at the Bonaire pier shortly before 8:00 a.m. and was scheduled to stay until 10:00 p.m. The ship had just completed its stop in Aruba before arriving in Bonaire. Collins, a solo traveler, left the ship to visit Bonaire but failed to return in time for the ship’s departure. After waiting for some time, the captain informed the pier authorities, and the ship continued its journey to Curaçao.

Bonaire police immediately launched an investigation but have not disclosed any information regarding other family members or companions who may have been with Collins. Authorities are asking anyone who may have seen Collins or has information about her whereabouts to contact them.
