The Caribbean Media Exchange (CMEx) has unveiled the final list of honorees for the 2025 CMEx Leadership Awards, adding three distinguished leaders from Aruba, Martinique, and Puerto Rico. These individuals have made outstanding contributions that have elevated the Caribbean’s global presence and strengthened local communities.
The newly announced honorees include Carole Alexis, internationally renowned choreographer and artistic director from Martinique; Ronella Croes, CEO of the Aruba Tourism Authority; and Clarisa Jiménez, President and CEO of the Puerto Rico Hotel & Tourism Association (PRHTA).
Other honorees include industry leaders from the cruise tourism, hospitality, and sustainable development sectors. CMEx recognizes their impact across various sectors such as tourism, business, culture, and community development. The CMEx Leadership Awards will be celebrated in a special luncheon, which will bring together key stakeholders from across the Caribbean.
This year’s event is sponsored by Carnival Corporation, Chukka Caribbean Adventures, and the Nassau & Paradise Island Promotion Board. Proceeds from the awards will go toward supporting educational initiatives for Caribbean youth and tourism professionals.
