Caymus Wines Meet Five Flavors at Que Pasa’s Pairing Dinner

ORANJESTAD – Looking for an evening filled with flavor, great company, and a little something extra? Que Pasa is teaming up with Divino and Caymus Vineyards to bring you a 5-Course Food & Wine Pairing Dinner on Friday, May 2 at 7 PM. For just $99 per person, you can indulge in a cozy and relaxed setting, where each course is perfectly paired with bold, expressive wines from Caymus Vineyards.

Here’s What’s on the Table:

  • Amuse-Bouche: Cheese croquette with Dutch shrimp and coriander, paired with Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley.

  • First Appetizer: Flamed & smoked scallops with Dutch asparagus, vanilla-lemon butter, potato crème, and crispy bits, paired with Mer Soleil Chardonnay Reserve, Santa Lucia Highlands.

  • Second Appetizer: Short rib ravioli with sautéed bimi, creamy demi-glace, parmesan, and aged balsamic, paired with Sea Sun Pinot Noir, California.

  • Main Course: Grilled lamb chops with tempura Dutch asparagus, honey-glazed baby carrots, and Aji Amarillo red wine sauce, paired with Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, California.

  • Dessert: Red fruit panna cotta with chocolate ganache, coffee crumble, and fresh blueberries, paired with Walking Fool Red Blend, Suisun Valley.

All wines are from Caymus Vineyards, renowned for their bold and expressive Napa wines, making this dinner a special treat for your taste buds.
