Aruba Tourism Authority Honors Loyal Visitors Mr. Jon & Mrs. Cheri Grinberg and Mr. Anthony Grinberg at Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club

ORANJESTAD — The Aruba Tourism Authority had the distinct pleasure of honoring Mr. Jon & Mrs. Cheri Grinberg and Mr. Anthony Grinberg for their loyal visits to Aruba. The ceremony, held at Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club, celebrated the Grinberg family’s dedication to the island and their continued love for Aruba.

The honorary certification is presented on behalf of the Minister of Tourism to show appreciation to guests who have visited Aruba for 10, 20, or 35 years consecutively. This is a heartfelt “Masha Danki” for their ongoing support of the island.

The three levels of recognition are:

  • Distinguished Visitor: 10+ years consecutively visiting Aruba

  • Goodwill Ambassador: 20+ years consecutively visiting Aruba

  • Emerald Ambassador: 35+ years consecutively visiting Aruba

Mr. Jon & Mrs. Cheri Grinberg were honored as Goodwill Ambassadors for their 20+ years of continuous visits to Aruba, while Mr. Anthony Grinberg received the Distinguished Visitor award for his 10+ years of visits.

The ceremony included the presentation of certificates and gifts by Ms. Marouska Heyliger, representing the Aruba Tourism Authority, and staff members from Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club. The honorees were thanked for making Aruba their favorite vacation destination, a true “home away from home.”

When asked about their reasons for returning to Aruba year after year, the Grinberg family shared:

  • Aruba’s friendly people

  • The island’s perfect weather

  • Aruba’s excellent restaurants

  • Aruba’s safety

  • “The ability to have fun and do anything we want”

On behalf of the Aruba Tourism Authority, we express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Jon & Mrs. Cheri Grinberg and Mr. Anthony Grinberg for their continued visits to the “One Happy Island.” Their loyalty and love for Aruba are truly inspiring.
