ORANJESTAD — The Aruba One Happy Island Lions Club once again extends its support to families in need, as well as teachers from various schools, by helping students who require school bags, uniforms, and essential school supplies.

“Our children are the future of our country, and every child deserves the peace of mind that comes with having the necessary tools to study in a healthy, worry-free environment,” said the organization. The club is calling on the community and local businesses to lend a hand and help ensure that every student starts the school year prepared.

Donations can be made to the Aruba One Happy Island Lions Club Foundation at Aruba Bank account number 6005880190 with the description Back2School 2025-2026. Additionally, members of the organization will be present at PriceSmart this weekend to collect community donations.

Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference. With the support received, the organization will prepare school bags filled with uniforms and supplies, ensuring children have them before the school year begins. Your gesture and contribution can make a child’s dream a reality.
