As part of its “Legacy Project” celebrating 100 years of service, Aruba Bank announced a donation of 100,000 Florins to Stichting Casa Cuna Progreso (SCCP) to help purchase a new 15-seat bus.
This generous donation reflects Aruba Bank’s continued commitment to the welfare and development of the Aruban community. Stichting Casa Cuna Progreso provides care, guidance, and protection to some of the island’s most vulnerable individuals—infants, young children, and young mothers. Reliable transportation is essential for their daily operations, including access to schools, medical care, social programs, and recreational activities.
With this contribution, the organization will acquire a modern and safe bus, allowing staff and residents greater mobility and access to essential care and education.
Sharon Fränkel, Managing Director of Aruba Bank, shared:
“Our 100th anniversary is a moment of reflection and gratitude. Through our ‘Legacy Project,’ we are making a real and lasting impact. We are honored to support Casa Cuna Progreso with a vehicle that will serve the children and mothers they care for with such dedication.”
The new bus will be used for transportation to schools, sports and recreational outings, medical appointments, therapy sessions, and social reintegration programs.
