The alternative rock band Active Mirror from Aruba will perform three times at the 2026 New Colossus Festival in New York City, from March 3 to March 8. Aruba band presents it in New York, showcasing their unique alternative rock sound at this prestigious event. The band left Aruba on March 2 and will perform at different locations on the Lower East Side during the six-day international discovery festival.

The New Colossus Festival is an annual showcase featuring independent and emerging artists from around the world, with more than 130 bands performing in intimate venues on New York City’s Lower East Side.
Pianos is a live music venue located in Manhattan’s Lower East Side, while Ki Smith Gallery is a contemporary art space that hosts interdisciplinary visual art and live music events.
Active Mirror is an Aruban alternative and post-punk band that explores memory, identity, and place through atmospheric music and immersive live performances. The band has represented Aruba at Music Matters Live in Singapore and the North by Northeast (NXNE) festival in Canada.
