ORANJESTAD: As part of its 100th anniversary celebration, Aruba Bank has made a generous donation of AWG 100,000 to Scol Dun’un Man to support the development of “The Kind Kitchen”, a culinary initiative designed to empower students through hands-on learning.

The donation was presented during an official ceremony held at the school, in the presence of students, teachers, staff, and Aruba Bank representatives.

As a cornerstone of its “Legacy Project,” Aruba Bank is investing in initiatives that create lasting impact within the Aruban community. The bank selected Scol Dun’un Man for its clear mission to provide meaningful opportunities to students with special needs.

“The Kind Kitchen” will serve as both a professional kitchen and an educational space, where students can develop culinary skills while preserving Aruba’s rich gastronomic culture.

“This project is more than just a kitchen—it’s a space for empowerment, growth, and personal development,” said Edseline Leer–Semeleer, Head of Retail Banking at Aruba Bank, during the event.

Aruba Bank expressed pride in supporting the future of Aruba by investing in the development of youth. The donation marks a significant contribution to inclusive education and community progress.
