Four people were taken to hospital after a serious Macuarima crash early Friday morning.
Three ambulance units responded
AWE24 reported that police and ambulances from all three emergency posts were sent to a bend in Macuarima. Two vehicles collided and both left the roadway, coming to rest in the surrounding brush.
Cause had not been established
Emergency personnel treated all four injured occupants and transported them to hospital. Victim-support staff also assisted the families. The initial report said it was too early at the scene to determine exactly how the collision happened, and no official cause or later medical update was available.
