Applications for Aruba’s 2026 fireworks sales permits are now open, with the Police Force of Aruba setting November 17 as the final submission date.
Applications accepted only at Shaba
According to an official government announcement, businesses and individuals seeking authorization to sell fireworks must submit their applications at the Shaba Police Station. Applications will not be accepted at other locations or after Tuesday, November 17, 2026.
Applicants must provide a valid photo identification document, a completed application form, a recent extract from the Aruba Chamber of Commerce that is no more than one month old, and an Afl. 4 revenue stamp.
Extra documents may be required
Anyone planning to operate from government land must also include authorization from the Department of Infrastructure and Planning. If the proposed sales location is not owned by the applicant, the submission must include identification from the owner and evidence of a lease or the owner’s consent.
The government notice advises applicants to make sure their packages are complete before the deadline. The permit process controls who may legally operate a fireworks sales point during the year-end season.
