FCCA DigiBID Registration Requires Only Three Documents

ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Registering for FCCA’s new DigiBID platform requires only three documents, making it easier for businesses across Aruba to participate in public tenders through a fully digital system. According to Jessica van Montfoort-Posner of the Fundacion pa Cas pa Comunidad Arubano (FCCA), DigiBID eliminates manual paperwork and allows contractors and companies to submit bids online in a secure and efficient manner.

To register, interested businesses must visit www.fcca.com and complete the online registration form. Applicants are required to upload only three documents: a valid government-issued ID, a Chamber of Commerce (KVK) registration certificate, and, for companies registered as an NV or VBA, a shareholder registration document. Once the application has been reviewed and approved, businesses can gain access to the DigiBID platform in less than three days.

Van Montfoort-Posner explained that registered users automatically receive email notifications whenever new FCCA tenders become available. Through the platform, companies can view active bidding opportunities, submit proposals online from a computer or mobile device, and manage the entire process digitally. All submitted bids remain encrypted and confidential until the official bid opening, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the procurement process.

FCCA says DigiBID simplifies the tender process without sacrificing security or accountability. By replacing paper-based submissions with a modern digital platform, the organization aims to improve efficiency while creating equal opportunities for small, medium-sized, and large businesses across Aruba to compete for construction and development projects.
