ORANJESTAD (AAN): This morning, Minister Gerlien Croes of Education signed an agreement with EOZ (Bonaire) to help strengthen student care at the Multidisciplinary Center Aruba (MDC).
The primary goal of this initiative is to reduce waiting times for children who need special care.
Over the past year, the government has expanded the MDC team, increasing the number of experts in education, strengthened support in schools, and reduced the student-to-teacher ratio to a maximum of 24 students per class.
This collaboration helps improve the quality of education on the island, share knowledge, and prioritize the well-being of the children.
