CEDE Aruba, in collaboration with the “Stichting Koninklijke Nederlandse Kinderposttempels,” is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the implementation of a multi-island program aimed at strengthening the resilience of children, youth, and communities across the Caribbean.
This exciting role, lasting for three years, involves working closely with regional partners in Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, SABA, and Statia to support program delivery, enhance local organizations, and foster collaboration and knowledge exchange across these islands.
The Regional Manager will have overall responsibility for the program’s coordination, implementation, and management. The position will focus on building resilience among children, families, and communities in the Caribbean through strategic program development and forming vital partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Caribbean Resilience Program across the participating islands.
- Coordinate program implementation, planning, and monitoring.
- Build and maintain relationships with both regional and international partners.
- Ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee reporting, evaluation, and measurement of the program’s impact.
- Identify opportunities for program expansion and growth.
- Support and guide local project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven program management experience, ideally in an international or regional context.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Experience working with NGOs, government bodies, or development organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
