How much sugar do you consume in your drinks? As part of the “Cambia bo Slok” campaign, DVG is providing important information about healthier beverage choices.

Malta and other sugary drinks contain high amounts of sugar (calories) and contribute significantly to weight gain, obesity, and diabetes.

However, by choosing soda water or sparkling water, you can quench your thirst and refresh yourself in a healthier and more economical way, without the excess sugar found in drinks like Malta.

The campaign encourages everyone to start practicing “Cambia bo Slok”—switching to healthier drink options. Benefits include saving money, improving health with lower sugar intake, and enjoying more refreshing beverages.
