Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) proudly hosted Spotters Day last Saturday, bringing together aviation fans and photographers from across Aruba to celebrate their passion for aviation.
With more than 70 aircraft movements throughout the day, spotters enjoyed a unique opportunity to capture the energy and precision of operations at Queen Beatrix International Airport. The event highlighted the beauty and excitement of air travel through the lenses of Aruba’s passionate aviation photographers.
“Spotters Day is our way of recognizing the aviation community and the photographers who bring the magic of aviation to life,” said Marylin Feliciana, Marketing & Communications Manager at Aruba Airport Authority. “The event gives enthusiasts exclusive access to operational areas, the chance to capture their favorite aircraft, meet the AAA team, and experience airport operations up close. It also inspires new aviation fans to explore their passion while sharing incredible images that showcase the energy of our airport.”
Participants enjoyed exclusive access to designated spotting areas, received commemorative items, and engaged with airport staff and fellow enthusiasts during a day filled with passion, creativity, and community spirit.
AAA expressed gratitude to all who joined the special event, recognizing their creativity and enthusiasm as an essential part of Aruba’s aviation story.
