This nine-day celebration invites guests to experience the island’s rich culinary heritage against the backdrop of Aruba’s sunny, turquoise shores. Enjoy chef-led beach barbecues, pop-up kitchens by the beach, and the tantalizing scents of spices and flavors from more than 100 eateries around the world.

  • Chef Tim Golsteijn (Netherlands), a Michelin-starred chef with innovative fusion techniques

The Pavilion at Wilhelminastraat: Aruba’s Ultimate Food Market

The festival’s grand finale takes place on October 18-19, 2025, at Wilhelminastraat in Oranjestad. Over 40 local restaurants and vendors will come together in this vibrant, open-air food market, offering everything from traditional Aruban meals to innovative new dishes. Live music and cultural performances will add to the festive atmosphere, making it a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the island’s culinary culture.
