Visitor Numbers, Spending, and Accommodation Trends Show Positive Momentum
April 2025 marked another month of solid growth for Aruba’s tourism industry. According to the Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA), the island saw increases in visitor arrivals, overnight stays, and spending, reinforcing Aruba’s position as a leading Caribbean destination—especially among travelers from North and South America.
📈 Stay-over Visitor Arrivals Up by 4.3%
A total of 126,419 stay-over visitors arrived in April 2025, up from 121,215 in April 2024. Key highlights:

USA: Still dominates with 74.8% market share (+0.3%)

💳 Tourism Credits Continue to Rise
Under new accounting standards, tourism receipts are now called Tourism Credits.
From Q1–Q3 2024, credits reached Afl. 4,030.9 million, up 16% from the same period in 2023—showing both increased spending and improved tracking.
